By accessing or using the GrandPay platform ("Service") provided by GrandTek IT Solutions Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GrandPay is a cloud-based HR and payroll management platform designed for businesses operating in Africa. The Service includes payroll processing, HR management, leave management, attendance tracking, performance management, and compliance reporting features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system, or to interfere with the Service's operation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
